Our Staff
John Wayland
John M. Wayland, RHU, has volunteered and served his industry as past President of the North Orange County Life Underwriters, Executive Vice President of the Orange County Health Underwriters, Director of the California Association of Health Underwriters and Board Trustee of the California Association of Life and Financial Advisors. In addition, John is a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), the designation attained in conjunction with Northeastern University of Boston.
John has addressed trade associations and authored numerous articles on the subject of Employee Benefits and the process of providing creative, innovative plan designs and excellence in service to corporate clients. Golf, snow skiing and nature photography are a few of his outside interests along with Blue’s Creek Vineyards in Temecula’s Wine Country.
Terri Greyson
Terri is a California native. She has worked for Wayco since 1995 and is an expert at helping clients with administration and claims. Dependable, professional and competent, clients love working with Terri. She spends her free time as a swimming coach for Special Olympics athletes and participating in her local church.
Sean Deshler
Sean has worked with Wayco since September of 2004. He graduated from the University of San Diego, double majoring in business administration and history. He has worked in leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies and small businesses. He also enjoys swimming, reading and dogs.
